We booked Louis for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with the video and the whole experience! Louis was polite and professional on the day with all our guests and venue staff, and worked with us in a non-intrusive way so that we could relax and enjoy the day. Louis was our wedding videographer for our wedding at TewinBury Farm in Sept 2023. He was great at communicating before the event and was a lovely part of our day itself, putting everyone at ease. What can we say?! Louis has been great from start to finish - we couldn't be happier. We found Louis after having a bit of a wobbly with another videographer who had promised the world but was failing to pull through, and after seeing other people's poor experiences we were on the search - scarily last minute!! Louis has been super responsive from the get go, with many messages through WhatsApp to update on progress and keep us in the loop. We are so pleased with the results of our feature length video and shorter trailer film, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend him - you won't regret it!!

Having Louis at our wedding was the best decision we made!! We cannot recommend him highly enough. We are soooo over the moon with our wedding video and photos. We absolutely love them! Louis went above and beyond, he captured the beauty, the magical moments, the laughs, every last detail of our special day and put it altogether in the most perfect way. Our wedding video and our still photos are everything we could have ever dreamed of and more! Louis is so lovely, he made everyone feel at ease, nothing is too much trouble. He is so professional, in his manner and with all of his kit, the tech that he brought with him, we had so many different cameras and angles capturing everything and the drone was amazing!! Louis, super fantastic! job! 😁 Thank you! Right from our first chat, I knew Louis was the videographer for us. A young man with a caring nature, a modern approach to film and top notch gear. He prepared beforehand by gathering all the practical information about the day and joined us in the morning during our wedding preparations with lovely Becky to assist. They both just got on with the job and joined in the fun making for a very relaxed ‘film set’ for us all. 🎉 Our wedding film is hauntingly beautiful. He totally captured the atmosphere of the day at every stage, and the clarity of the 4K is stunning. It feels like you are right there in the moment every time you watch. 🎶 He picked fabulous music for the film, to match our wedding theme and had the clever idea to record two songs our Harpist played during the ceremony to use as part of our soundtrack, nice one Louis! ♡ I am transported back to the wedding day each time I watch even a snippet of the film or trailer, there are so many precious moments in there for us to treasure forever and everyone who sees it can’t help but shed a tear for the emotion which shines out 😎 Seeing all the guests on film, having a good time is heart warming too, because on your wedding day you miss so much!! 🥂 I can now fully appreciate all the lovely speeches and the happiness that flowed around the day. What is your booking procedure?
After you have contacted me in regards to a potential booking for video or photos, I will reach out to you through your provided email or telephone number. Once we have agreed the terms either through phone call or email, I will send you a statement of work contract which must be signed by both parties, INFERNO SWITCH LTD and the client (you). This contract can be signed digitally through an application we use called Adobe Sign. The ease of this contract signing means we are able to complete our pre-production of your event in an efficient way, so we can focus on the creation of your content. If you are unable to sign the contract digitally, a contract may be posted to your provided address.
What is your payment schedule?
Our payment schedule for bookings adheres to receiving a deposit of at least 1/3 of the total contract, upon signing of the digital statement of work between the CLIENT (you) and INFERNO SWITCH (FREELANCER).
The final 2/3 and 3/3 payments may be made at least two weeks before your event date.
