How Much Does a Wedding Videographer Cost in the UK? My Real 2026 Prices
Most cost guides quote vague survey averages. Here are my actual 2026 prices as a working London wedding videographer, what each tier includes, and what genuinely moves the number up or down.

I get asked this every week, usually in the first email. So rather than quoting industry averages from a survey, here are my real prices, live on this site today, and an honest explanation of what changes them.
As a rough map for 2026: most UK couples pay somewhere between £800 and £2,000 for wedding videography, and more where two filmmakers or combined photo and video coverage are involved.
My current prices, summer 2026
Videography on its own starts at £769 for ceremony to first dance coverage. The most booked option is 4K All Day at £825, which covers prep through to the first dance. Two videographers and three to four cameras is £1,650.
Photography starts at £879, with full day coverage at £999. Couples who want both together book a combined package: from £1,549, with the Silver tier at £1,649 being far and away the most popular booking I take.
Every package includes drone coverage where the venue and weather allow, a full feature film plus a shorter trailer, and a teaser delivered within 24 to 48 hours of the wedding. These are the current Summer Edit prices, and the packages page always shows the live numbers.

What actually moves the price
Hours covered is the biggest lever. Ceremony to first dance needs a shorter day than bridal prep onwards, and that difference is reflected directly in the price.
Crew size is the second. One filmmaker with two or three cameras covers most weddings beautifully. A second videographer earns their fee at large venues, big guest counts, or when both partners are getting ready in different places at the same time.
The cost you never see is the edit. A finished feature film runs sixty to ninety minutes, sometimes longer, and every minute of it is cut, graded and mixed after your wedding. That is where most of the work lives.

Where couples overspend, and where they save
The clearest saving is booking photo and video as one team. My all day video at £825 plus full day photography at £999 would be £1,824 booked separately. The combined Silver package is £1,649 and the two halves are planned together rather than negotiated on the day.
The clearest overspend is paying twice for things one supplier already includes, drone coverage being the usual example.
