A London Wedding Videographer’s City: Eight Real London Weddings

London is home turf for me, and it shows in the spread of venues I have filmed here. Grand institutions, hotel chapels, riverside pubs, a polo club and an East End music hall. Eight of those weddings are below, films included.

From Westminster to the river

Michaela & Jamie married at One Great George Street in Westminster, and Hannah & Ryan at St. Ermin’s Hotel with a ceremony at the Guards’ Chapel. Buildings like these carry real visual weight, and the film leans into that scale.

Then the river softens everything. Becca & Liam celebrated at The Admiral Hardy in Greenwich, and Paola & Piergiorgio at The Petersham in Richmond. Two completely different Londons, twenty minutes apart.

The unexpected venues

Some of my favourite London films come from venues couples almost talk themselves out of. Zara & Thomas filled Brick Lane Music Hall. Molly & James took over Watsons General Telegraph, a proper south London pub. Newton & Daniel married at Ham Polo Club, and Viktor & Eva kept it intentionally tiny at the Admiral’s Suite in Enfield.

A wedding film does not need a castle. It needs a room full of people who mean it.

Filming in London

London days run on logistics: multiple locations, tight timings and traffic that does not care about your schedule. I plan routes and timings in advance for every booking so the coverage never depends on luck.
