Wedding Trailer vs Feature Film: What You Actually Get, and Why You Want Both
Teaser, trailer, feature film. The three deliverables explained properly, with one real wedding shown both ways so you can see the difference rather than imagine it.
Wedding video packages throw around words like teaser, trailer, highlights and feature, and couples are left guessing what they will actually receive. Here is what each one is, what it is for, and one real wedding shown both ways so you can judge the difference yourself.
The teaser: 24 to 48 hours
Around ten seconds, delivered within a day or two of the wedding. Its job is simple: something real to share while the day is still trending in your family group chat. Every one of my packages includes it.
The trailer: the one you will share
Several minutes long, delivered in about four weeks. This is the cinematic cut: the best of the day, scored and graded, built to be watched hundreds of times and sent to everyone you know.

The feature film: the one you will keep
Sixty to ninety minutes in combined packages, and up to two and a half hours in my video-only packages. Full ceremony. Full speeches. The bits of the day you did not see, and the bits you will want back in twenty years.
The trailer is for this year. The feature is for the rest of your life, and for people not yet at the wedding: children, grandchildren, the future versions of you.
So which do you need?
